After our call, I'll send you a questionnaire and set a date for our first in-person meeting.
Step 2: Initial Meet Up

We'll discuss the project scope and timeline in detail.

Step 3: Design Collaboration

With a signed Design Agreement, I'll meet with you, your architect, and the maestro de obras to review expectations, blueprints, fixture dimensions, functionality, and more.
Step 4: Plumbing Construction Agreement

I’ll draft the Plumbing Construction Agreement based on the design meeting and present it to you and your team for review.
Step 5: Pre-Construction Walk Through

After you sign the PCA, we’ll finalize details and prepare for construction. We’ll review the project sequence, key dates, plumbing schedule, and scope of work.
